Over the last five years, as Town Manager for the Town of Carmel, I have enjoyed working on different projects and designs with Plymouth Engineering personnel.

We became acquainted with Plymouth Engineering in 2001 when the Town of Brooks was looking to “rehab” a run down, late 1800’s farmhouse and turn it into the town office. The house is right in the center of town and we wanted to keep this wonderful old building. Scott and Keith could not have been more helpful in making our vision come true. We have been told by many that Brooks “has the most beautiful town office in Maine.” Scott has helped us with roads grants, and more recently, helped us build a salt/sand shed working with Maine DOT and DEP.
